Refund Conditions

According to the Law of the Department of Consumer Protection of 04/26/12 nr 1-1 / 12-019 - 14 days right of withdrawal from goods does not apply to perishable goods, which include flowers. (§ 53 lg 4.2)

Refunds are possible and made according to the details of the individual or legal entity who paid for the order, based on his application for a refund.

Refunds are made in the form in which the order was paid:

-Cash - at the point of issue where the payment was made.

-Card - to a bank card according to the details from the application.

To register a return, you must write an email to info@navigante.eu:

• In the subject line it is necessary to indicate “Return by order….” and always the order number

• In the body of the letter, describe the reason for the return.

The employees of the financial department will send you a return letter with a sample return request, in which you will need to fill out:

• First name, Last name of the customer

• Order number

• Name of product

• Reason for return

• Refund amount

• Bank details from which the order was paid

Your signature is required on the application for a refund.

After sending the application for the return, the employees of the financial department will inform you that the application has been accepted for work. From the moment of receipt of this answer, the countdown of the refund period
